''Season One'' is a live album with a DVD, released by Suburban Legends in 2004. Disc 1 contains footage of a live set performance from Oakland, California. Its bonus features include the music videos for "High Fives" and "Up All Night" and a video entitled, "Surveillance Cams", which shows live footage of the song, "Me and You", which was taken from a surveillance camera in Chain Reaction, a venue in Anaheim, California. Disc 2 is an audio CD, containing the audio of the live performance from Oakland, California, on Disc 1.
